Eruma was incorporated in March 2005 (Registered in England No. 5388153). Eruma is the main organisation with two operating divisions - Security Blinds and Illuminex. Security Blinds was acquired in March 2005, in the same month Eruma was incorporated, and Illuminex acquired in July 2007. The main country of operation is the UK.

The Company also has 195,178,697 Deferred Shares in issue which have no effective value and are not admitted to trading on AIM.
