Company Officers

Non Executive Chairman: David Edward Joseph Alexander

David is Managing Director of Solutionsmtd Limited, a strategic advisory business, which focuses on business acceleration through organic development; new market entry mergers and acquisitions. He was Group Development Director of Computacenter plc and Director of Strategy and Marketing Northgate Information Solutions plc.

David is Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Chief Executive: Wayne Money

The management is led by Wayne Money, previously managing director of Everest double glazing, a position he took after six years as sales and marketing director responsible for a sales force of 700 people.

 Wayne is a member of the Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee. 

Operations Director: Brian Wilkins

Brian has a background in engineering and invented the Security Blind. He continues to be responsible for its ongoing development and production. He previously had a senior management position at Glynwed plc.

Finance Director:  David Tilman

David is Finance Director for the Group. He is a Chartered Accountant and has held senior financial roles in related businesses for over 20 years. His most recent positions held were with Galliford Try Plc and Linden Holdings plc.

Executive Director: Kevin Coffey

Kevin is the Managing Director Manager of the Illuminex division, the emergency and security lighting business recently acquired by Eruma plc. Kevin is also a director of Peripheral Support Services Limited. He has previously worked with organisations such as EMI, ADT and Tyco.

Group Sales and Marketing Director: Alan Davis

Alan Davis was previously the Managing Director of both iLevel Software and the CEO of Dan Technology Ltd and has also been the European Managing Director of Wang Computers.

Strategic Advisor to the Board of Directors: General Sir Alistair Irwin

Sir Alistair has over 35 years of military experience, culminating his career as Adjutant General, the Army Board member responsible for all personnel matters throughout the British Army. His extensive operational and managerial experience includes a term serving as General Officer Commanding Northern Ireland.

Sir Alistair currently serves as President of the Royal British Legion Scotland, Veterans Scotland, the Earl Haig Fund for Scotland and the Officer's Association. He is also a member of the Commonwealth War Graves Commission and chairman of its audit committee.

Remuneration Committee

The Remuneration Committee comprises David Alexander (Chairman) and Wayne Money. The Remuneration Committee determines the Executive Director's remuneration and meets as required.

Audit Committee

The Audit Committee comprises David Alexander (Chairman) and Wayne Money . The Audit Committee is responsible for ensuring the appropriate financial reporting procedures are properly maintained and reported on, and for meeting with auditors and reviewing the Company’s report and accounts and the Company’s internal controls.
