Eruma announces that it was informed on 8 April 2008 that on 2 April 2008 J.M. FINN & CO. LTD through J.M. FINN NOMINEES LTD held the total voting rights attaching to 5,608,000 ordinary shares in the share capital of the Company representing 5.13% of the total voting rights in the Company.
