Eruma plc Raises £125,000 Through Placing

Eruma plc, the AIM traded specialist provider of counter terrorism and intruder prevention products and intelligent emergency lighting, has raised £125,000 through the placing of 11,111,111 new ordinary shares in the Company (‘New Ordinary Shares’) at 1.125p per share, with a UK institution. The money raised will be used for general working capital purposes.

Accordingly, application will be made for the admission of the New Ordinary Shares to trading on the AIM market. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company and dealings in the New Ordinary Shares are expected to commence on 30th July 2009. The total number of ordinary shares in issue immediately following the placing will be 139,786,316. The Company holds no ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, following the placing, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 139,786,316. The above figure may be used by shareholders in determining whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
