Eruma plc Directors Shareholding

Eruma plc, the AIM traded specialist provider of counter terrorism and burglary protection products and emergency lighting, has today received notification of the following transactions in its Ordinary Shares (‘Shares’) by directors of the Company.

On 14 October 2008, Kevin Coffey bought 150,000 Shares at 1.9 pence per share. Following this purchase, Kevin Coffey is now interested in 4,150,000 Shares which represents 3.2% of the issued share capital of the Company.

On 14 October 2008, Wayne Money bought 100,000 Shares at 1.668 pence per share. Following this purchase, Wayne Money is now interested in 13,547,995 Shares which represents 10.5% of the issued share capital of the Company.

On 14 October 2008, Alan Davis bought 75,000 Shares at 2 pence per share. On 6 October 2008, Alan Davis bought 75,000 Shares at 2.09 pence per share and on 3 October 2008, he bought 50,000 Shares at 2 pence per share. Following these purchases, Alan Davis is now interested in 266,649 Shares which represents 0.2% of the issued share capital of the Company.

In addition, on 14 October 2008 Barbara Spurrier was granted warrants to subscribe for 250,000 Shares at 1.5 pence per share.
