Eruma plc, the AIM traded specialist provider of counter terrorism, intruder prevention products and intelligent lighting, was notified today that, following Eruma’s issue of equity as announced on 25 November 2009, Brookwell Limited (’Brookwell’) now has an interest in approximately 4.1% of the Company's total voting rights. Brookwell’s shareholding of 7,892,857 ordinary shares in the Company remains unchanged.
