Holdings in Company

Eruma plc, the AIM traded specialist provider of counter terrorism and burglary protection products and emergency lighting, was notified on 23 February 2009 that Brookwell Limited (‘Brookwell’) acquired 7,892,857 ordinary shares in the Company on 19 February 2009. As a result of this transaction, Brookwell now has an interest in approximately 6.13% of the Company’s total voting rights.
