Holdings in Eruma plc JM finn Nominees

Eruma plc, the AIM traded specialist provider of counter terrorism and burglary protection products and emergency lighting, was notified on 4 November 2008 that J. M. Finn Nominees Ltd on 3 November 2008 purchased further ordinary shares in the Company.

Following this transaction, J. M. Finn Nominees Ltd is now interested in 12,983,000 ordinary shares, representing 10.1 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
