Holdings in Eruma - Majedie Investments

Eruma plc, the AIM traded specialist provider of counter terrorism and burglary protection products and emergency lighting, was notified on 13th February 2009 that on 12th February 2009, Majedie Investments plc (‘Majedie’) disposed of 7,892,857 ordinary shares in the Company. As a result of this transaction, Majedie no longer holds a notifiable interest in the Company.
