Further to the announcement on 20 March 2006, Eruma is pleased to announce that it has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with MBA Security Group LLC based in Chantilly, Virginia on the outskirts of Washington D.C. MBA Security Group LLC (“MBA”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of MBA Management Inc who have extensive experience and contacts within the architectural, building, construction, manufacturing, IT and commercial real estate industries together with significant expertise in State Government contracts. Eruma is the 100% owner of Security Blinds Ltd which is a specialist provider of physical security systems in the UK and Europe. James A Mugnolo the CEO and Chairman of MBA Management Inc said “We are looking forward to a long and profitable relationship with Eruma plc in what is an exciting growing market in the USA. This is an important product to offer in the USA as it offers bomb blast protection and security to those that deploy the products in their facilities. This offering will augment our growing Security Consulting Services as we expand to a national approach. It is likely that in due course MBA will manufacture for their own market areas and this fits perfectly with our strategic intention to outsource product manufacture”. In exchange for exclusivity within their territory, MBA Security Group LLC have guaranteed minimum sales of $12,000,000 of product in the first 3 years of the contract and both parties will undertake joint bomb blast testing which will benefit both the USA, UK and European markets.
